Fifteen Second Children

This is from my friend in Israel; tells it like it is. “Fifteen Second Children” By Rabbi Boaz D. Heilman Never a dull moment…. This maxim is doubly true here in Israel. On the one hand, it is Hanukkah, a light-filled, joyous holiday. Children are off from school, enjoying latkes and delicious, still-warm sufganiyot (fried doughnuts filled with a wide assortment of jellies and creams).
