My daughters and I suffer from chronic illness. We have to do certain things to keep from getting sicker. My illnesses require that I lose weight, drink lots of fluid, avoid salt, do water aerobics, take my medication and visit lots of doctors. I also have a CPAC machine which requires maintainence....
