Summer is almost over and yet there is still so much see and do. The weather hopefully stays nice and we will have some nice days to get out. One problem in the Northwest U.S. is lack sunshine. This is the time of the year for all the fairs and festivals. A great opportunity to have a few hours of fun while only spending what you are comfortable with; most festivals do not have an entry fee, while most fairs do.
