We went to court yesterday and the judge decides to give us three weeks to pay off the $1,900 (it's that much now because of the fact that our landlord accepted the $250 as part of the back rent....as I thought it would be). Wish me luck today....I'm going to court for the eviction summons. Even though my dad got a $1,000 yesterday....I'm still afraid that we are going to get evicted. The stupid court date is stupidly close and I'm starting to become desperate. I'm not sure if our landlord has called it off since we are working out a payment plan by the end of the month.
