I wasn’t through cooking……I got cramps in my hands from cutting up chicken, and have a crock pot full going on high right now, in a blend of almond oil and soy. I didn't get any cooking done yesterday so I've been doing it today...I usually try to spend one day of the week doing the majority of my cooking for the week.
