Did Sarah Palin cause McCain not to win?

I don't really want to get into a left wing/right wing political discussion. I would love to know what McCain was thinking when he chose Palin as his running mate. My hospital bed

A couple of weeks ago, I got a hospital bed, to replace the bed I've had for several years. The doctor says that a special air mattress will help heal the wounds on my back.
