The most beautiful movies ever made...

Last night I sat through over 3 hours of BARRY LYNDON, a Stanley Kubrick film from 1975, touted as "one of the most beautiful films ever made." I don't buy it. Soup Season

It was a common medieval meal, pottage, made with lentils or peas mainly, as I recall the recipe I've seen in books of archaic recipes.
