What an adventure!
This past weekend was the final LARP weekend of the year at Lake Tumbleson, a YMCA campground near Ward, Colorado. It's a little over 9000 ft elevation so about 3000 ft higher than what we're used to but not enough of a difference to notice much. And it's an 80 mile drive each way. We were supposed to head up there on Friday--Charlie, Vale, and I--and got as far as Castlerock when suddenly a warning light--something about transmission temperature--flashed on. Not good.
