Embers doesn't like it.
Embers had one of those terrible excursions to the vet this morning, the first well-cat check since I've had her, as she was never well before. She was very distressed on the ride there, arrived panting heavily--not a good sign in an elderly cat--so they took her back immediately and gave her oxygen to calm her down. The carrier required some cleanup, and so did she. The rest of the visit was of no great upset: she had her shots, a couple of needles for fluid extractions, and the worst--a nail...
