My granddaughter Zoe...

I'm going to spend Christmas with my daughter and her daughter... I haven't seen them in some time, but a year ago summer they were here, and these pictures came at the end of a long and tiring day. Further conversation about change... Marriage & Institution

This began as a comment in saul relative's recent blog that began with consideration of Cheney's gay daughter's exercising her free will to choose pregnancy. ( dec 6, http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/saul_relative17/ ) The issue of who should be able to marry and who, not, would never arise if we really had separation of church and state.
