Our power is down and they say it may take up to 72 hours to restore it. No worries here as we have a heating system that doesn't require electricity and I stocked up on about 75 gallons of water. The winds have become extremely fierce here today and we have lost power several times already this morning. I dare not begin to work on something in Word lest we lose power again and I lose my work. Garbage In, Garbage Out

It got quite cold here (for March anyway), getting down to 12 degrees F. I forgot to turn the thermostat up to accommodate the lower temps and it got quite crisp in my bedroom. When I awoke this morning, it was about 53 degrees. By noon, it was down to 38. As I write this entry, it is 28, a growing wind, and about two new inches of snow with a promise of more yet tonight.
