A Lot of Words And A Couple of Headaches

Well, I spent most of the day rearranging the house a bit, just in case I have company show up. I've been told a few people may head my way this week, but I've heard nothing official yet. Apparently my body decided that I needed to sleep. I went to bed early and other than getting up twice to let the dogs out, I slept about eleven hours. Whew. I sat down in my recliner about three or four hours back "just to rest." I just woke up, but I feel better. I've decided to stay up for a few hours and then take a Flexeril (a medicine for back muscle issues) and that will leave me foaming at the mouth for a day or three. Somewhere along the... Ten below this morning. Zippity doo dah! I went over to the walk-in clinic about a block from my house this morning because I was running a temp on and off all night. "Ya got da flu big guy. The wind is absolutely howling at the door as it comes screaming south out of Canada and across Lake Superior. It's a whopping nine degrees outside right now and apparently that will also be our high of the day. Yippie. It was restless night of little sleep. I suppose it was something like... We were 44 degrees about 3 PM today. Five hours later, it is now 21 and the wind is just howling outside as a huge polar front roars into town. We are supposed to hit something like 5 tonight.
