We (my friend Kagan and I) made a trip to the Lake Superior shore yesterday. It was cold and windy, but it was beautiful. I wanted to take some photos, but as I went to take a shot, nothing happened. Brrr! It got down to -1 last night, but is on its way to 30 again. I'm ready for spring right now. I've got a foot of snow, a steady 15 to 20 mph wind out of the north, and it's only mid November. I slept like a log all night. Apparently so much like a log, my back is stiff. Ten minutes on my treadmill and a hot shower have taken care of that issue. I'm going to be 'on the road' most of the day. I have to run down state to pick up my friend, Kagan. It's roughly a 650 mile round trip. I intend to be out the door about 9AM and back about 6PM. The power in our area was on and off all day and most of the night, making for an interesting day. We went out walking in the forest to be outside yet avoid the howling wind.
