Three times stopping to inhale, My cousin blows into the red balloon Until it swells to firm and shiny pinkness. The eyes of transfixed 6-year olds Can't look away, Squinting, dreading the explosion They are sure will come... But then he lets it go, The pent-up fear of squealing kids Propelling it...
