not the day I was expecting

I had plans to get up early and go to a movie but the body said no. I took a whole pain pill; I've only been taking half. I hope this wasn't a big setback. I went to poetry group. They really liked my Gemini poem. I don't feel much like talking about anything. I actually don't feel about Andrew anymore. I've talked that issue to death here and on other sites. My knee had issues today finally watching independence day and resolving to call my therapist tomorrow and report to her the stats of my knee. July 4th plan

Finish book. Earn lots of points for ADAPT in iwon. Watch Independence Day in Spanish even though I don't speak Spanish and just want to look at Will Smith. Write some poetry hopefully. knee !

Hello all, My knee is on the mend (no doubt) today is having a bad day. I done my stretches twice and stood up and gone to the bathroom ok but it feels worst than yesterday. New things.

I got new medical gloves finally. They brought me eight boxes instead of four which is not allowed, and I called them to report it because I didn't want to be charged with medical fraud.
