I don't understand editors.

I don't understand editors. Maybe this is why my stuff keeps getting rejected. I wrote a short story for a competition in four hours and it got an 8 out of 10. My other two stories which I spent more time on got 7's. Maybe they like the 9/11 tie in to the last story. I thought it was a bit cliche,... Sign in to see full entry.

Frustrating things.

Book clubs that send you the wrong book and ruin your nice, relaxing afternoon. People who borrow your library card without asking and then run up charges. I'm going out of my mind, I can't remember basic things. I booked DC transit. I got my books out of hock. I'm so happy with the women's history article I wrote. Funny things spell check doesn't recognize.

Spell check does not recognize in no particular order the following words: pejorative as in Women's History Month. It also didn't recognize my name, Martina.
