Re: BigV,
I can imagine how happy you were with that one. Having a wonky work computer is all sorts of frustrating and anxious making!

Re: Corbin Dallas,
Someone was surely watching your face closely when you opened that gift!

Re: TAPS,
That sounds like a great gift--things like china make a kid feel so grown up!

Re: Kabu,
I might have one of those pans... tiny little Revere Ware saucepan, great for melting butter. Elsa Jane got a mini kitchen a few weeks ago, and loves to 'cook!'

A new computer from the family back in 1998. My old one was in trouble, so the new one made my year!

When I was 16 I got a model of a Ford Mustang (1965) under the tree. The trunk opened, and inside was a key to the full version of the Mustang in our garage......bestest Christmas ever!

A little child's table & 4 chairs and a little set of china to go with it. My Sister Barbara and I and our new dolls enjoyed that so much with the help of mom providing little cookies and fruit and tea. It kept us busy all winter.

Most memorable gift... was a cooking set in a big box when I was a kid. lttle saucepans with lids, an egg cooker and frying pan. They were od such good quality when I grew out of just looking at them in their box, Mother used them in the kitchen for at least 30 years.
