It happened yesterday. I was sitting there minding my own business and all of a sudden I thought - ya know..this belongs in views behind the counter. I need to rant again! has not been as difficult lately because I really haven't been behind the counter..I'm out in front of it now and able to move about a little more freely. and I really only have one comment to make....while watching an employee at work trying to fold a t-shirt table..I noticed a rather large woman..proceed to push aside the t-shirts and sit on the table. We have this article tacked up on the wall at work. Just recently 2 sisters in Mass. were banned from a store because of excessive returns. I have long had the theory and I have posted about it.....I had a customer on teh 4th of july..she called the store to complain about something she had purchased months before. It's amazing that there are so few people these days who can actually read. I wish that I could write contracts for half my customers because I'm quite sure I could get them to sign anything - including a contract that said they had to give me all their money. Some days..it is apparent that survival of the fittest is not quite working.
