Five Wishes Five Wishes is a designated trademark of Aging with Dignity. As part of my new job, I instruct clients on End of Life issues. The program we use is called Five Wishes. It is booklet that has all the Advanced Directives for a Living Will and can also be used as an estate will without the services of an attorney.
