I Hope to Be Present Again
Sleep, Sleep and more Sleep. We finally got our Ambient mattress covers last Wednesday. I, of course, did not sleep well the first 2 nights, but Richard slept all night long and has been since we got the pillows. I am finding that I am sleeping deeper and even if I don't sleep for a long period, i'm more refreshed when I wake up. I woke up on Friday with another severe sore throat and my uvula swollen.
