More evidence of betrayal
Every time I think I'm getting back to balance, more evidence of betrayal pops up. Today was just a little thing but I was so exhausted and hurting, it was overwhelming. The critters had gotten into the garbage on the deck and I had to pick it all up and put the garbage up at the road. It was one step too much and my muscles were not recovering and I didn't think I was going to make it back to the house. So I had to stop and rest.
