These Halls
I've walked these halls so many times. Delivering care to so many. Pain pills and pillow for comfort. Cool cloth for a fevered brow. Blankets, clean sheets and a pillow fluff. Blood pressures, pulses and respirations. Assessment of skin color and bleeding. Dressing changes and pressure packs. Holding a hand of the dying one whose been left alone.
