Endless Nights
I remember the time when the night seemed endless because you were not there. My heart and body longed to feel your touch; being held all night in your arms. Now all these years later, I long to see the day. As your body and mind leave this earth, our nights are filled with fear. The comfort of touch from all our years; now prevented by pain.
