Yesterday I walked for an hour. It gets so humid here with all the off and on rain. I get my walk in early if I can. I need to get back to doing an hour of abs so I increased back to 40 minutes. I followed that with one round of Zumba. I started drinking detox tea. I think my system needs it. Too... Sign in to see full entry.
