I found out my scale is off by 8 or 9 pounds. I started the lipomelt. It's expensive but the weight is still coming off. He told me I only need to do 20 minutes of cardio with my heart rate at about 120. He was shocked that I did 2 hours a day. So I am eating fish with veggies for dinner. I eat eggs...
