This morning I woke about my usual time. I started drinking the zero hunger water. I took my supplements. I still am not hungry 12 hours later! I'm not saying I don't want to eat...There's just no hunger. I will not eat unless I feel hungry. I have to get out of the habit of eating to be eating or... Sign in to see full entry.
