Yesterday I decided to cook a lot of food ahead of time while they are out of town so that it is just a matter of heating the food. I made veggie lasagna, veggie chili, pasta with broccoli and clams, and some sweet potatoes. Some of them I hope to use to make empanadas. I hope to make cornbread,... Sign in to see full entry.
