I stayed up until 2am Friday doing laundry. My whole day was out of whack. My ankles were hurting so I only did one circuit of Zumba. This morning I went back to doing 2 circuits of Zumba and 3o minutes of abs. I went online and found another set of 3 and a set of 7 of Zumba DVDs. I can't wait until... Sign in to see full entry.
