Tapping
Today at church we learned about tapping. I had heard of it and received emails on tapping but this was my first actual lesson in it. It was exciting! We learned how to meditate. We learned how to manifest. We were all energized and joyous. I recommend it for anyone who has never tried it. Sign in to see full entry.
