Anyone use google ads out there? Google can cowcagoogalize you

As I understand it, if your keywords aren't effective and your web site isn't up to snuff quality, google can cowcagoogalize you and you get no moola. Do I understand this correctly? YOU WANT A POWER DRINK TO KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF?

I'm home sick today with a sore throat and cough so....back to the healthy power drinks I used to drink every day.
