This Dutch girl is eating Irish Oat Meal (steel cut) with Canada blueberry

Canada blueberries adorn my Irish steal cut oat meal this morning. Trader Joe's has a great assortment of interesting and healthy food, so I picked up John McCann's Irish Oatmeal, steel cut. Had a spiritual weekend, very peaceful respite...Quit running....

I went to help with Emmaus. Ever heard of it? Hard to explain, but anyway, I helped out by cooking for a large group of Christian women on a retreat....and doing whatever chores they needed.
