Of course....
they're newly coined words. Some of them hang around and become normal, everyday words. Others never seem to take off. "Craptastic" comes to mind. Or the word "google" used as a verb. Or "tile comets" -- those bits of toilet paper that adhere to the heel of your shoe in a public WC and trail along behind you like a grotesque comet's tail.
Neologisms. Great things.
