Giving it another shot

Diminishing waistline and expanding website

I wasn't able to tell you last week because my computer was down but so was my weight. Last Tuesday's weigh day had me at 200 pounds. That's the lowest I have been for some time. Today was weigh day and I think my scale must be broken. =)

I got up today anxious to check out the weight. I know that I didn't exercise near as much as I hoped but I have still been doing much more per week than I was a couple of weeks ago. This week is not going well for my exercising goals
