Something is better than nothing even if you do fall short of your goal

Yesterday turned out to be more of a rest day than intended and today?

Once again, the weather has kept my son inside and in turn, me as well. We missed out on our run. I am really surprised that no one has turned me in for animal abuse yet

If I don't knock it off, I'm sure it's going to happen. I try to keep it hidden of course but sometimes it's hard. Today, I'm going to back off a bit just in case. Today isn't so much of a surprise considering what I did yesterday.

No surprise at all really, not after running hills after taking a long break from running. You know it, sore muscles. Not terribly sore but sore enough that I took it easier today. I didn't have to rearrange anything for fitness on Saturdays. I get off work at 8am and have just enough time to change clothes before going to teach my martial arts class.
