Needing to make the most out of life

This last year should have really taught me a lesson. A good friend died, and he was two years younger than me. My uncle (On my father's side) is slowing dying of cancer, and most likely has only weeks left live. My grandfather (On my mother's side) is going downhill. My wife had some health... My wife sent me to the doctor's to get my face fixed

I keep giving her a dirty look when she says it that way. But I went to the doctors because of a rash on my face. I go to the doctors maybe once a year and it is normally for little things like that because my wife thinks I need to. I just do not get sick enough that I feel I need to go. But I did... I know the secret to happiness

I figured it out about five or six years ago. My mother had just spent six weeks in three different hospitals recovering from nearly dying in a car accident. It was a great day

I had a really fun Christmas and I hope everyone else did as well. I got to spend time with my family, which is the real reason to celebrate any holiday. Both my boys seemed to have enjoyed all. What Christmas is all about

I do not celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday. Why? Because I do not believe Christ was anything more than a man and I do not follow his teachings. But I do celebrate Christmas. Christmas Lights

We just got back from driving around the are and looking at all the lights that are out. It is my wife's favorite part of the season. She really like the lights.
