I really feel good today
Work was, well what can you say about work? It ended. Some good friends had their second child, another girl. So I am obviously happy for them. They are good parents and were really happy about having another one. She had gotten pregnant a second time about a year a go and there were complications....

The word Daddy
My 8 month old is saying 'Dadadadadada' a lot. It does sound like he is trying to say 'daddy'. I seem to remember my older son going through the same thing. I also heard somewhere that the 'd' sound is one of the first sounds a child can make. I wonder if the men who came up with the word Daddy did...
