Who rules the roost?

Knights maybe extinct after all!

Pat B. quite rightly suggested that I should bake a cake for the knight in shining armor, who was supposed to turn up between 1 and 3 PM today. So I spent the morning baking buns. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

BUT contrary to popular belief an aspirin a day, does not always keep the doctor away. If you have been dosing yourself with aspirin to prevent heart disease, PLEASE read this article.
