that the supreme court in this land has okayed local government's thievery. Now if someone wants to take that nice little summer cottage of yours to locate a shopping center, all they have to do is approach city council, dazzle them with visions of more tax money for them to spend (or even some personal bribes) and they can declare the property no longer yous.
