This is an issue that ALL people in this country need to be concerned about, and aware of. It should not be made into a rep vs dem issue as twodog has suggested. This is an issue that should bring us all together; we need to take it to congress as one people and see that the laws that allowed this absurd ruling be changed, and right NOW.

Yep, that's exactly what thier latest decision means. And if there has ever been a reason to appoint strict Constitutionalist to the Supreme Court, I don't know what is. Beware Dem's there's an election coming and the decision by the Supreme's is getting everyone's attention.

I couldn't agree more
as I wrote in another comment I can understand if it is blight or condemned but otherwise it is BS. There is a situation in upstate NY now about going after a Burger King that has a prime spot on a corner, but I say heh, the prior administration allowed it less then 20 years ago, it is busy and they pay taxes leave it alone.
