Does Kerry Think the Public is Dumb?
He has failed to explain how we were to safeguard a cache of weapons and explosives that were not there, and take responsibility for their disappearance, which occurred after we arrived! And, to top it off, he blames the president for what, if what he claims is true (which it isn't), is a tactical error, not a strategic error. Either Kerry is dumb, or he thinks we are.
