Kerry's Sense of Humor, or His Loss of Rational Thought?

Kerry is Complaining about Bad Intelligence in Deciding to Attack Iraq

Is there any link between bad intelligence and the fact that Kerry was supposed to be attending Intelligence Committee meetings? Perhaps had he attended the mass of meetings he missed, he would have been better situated to advise the administration, as is his job as a Senator and as a member of the Intelligence Committee. Yeah, Kerry's a real war hero!

From the Boston Globe, here is a quote from Mr. Kerry: Kerry initially hoped to continue his service at a relatively safe distance from most fighting, securing an assignment as "swift boat" skipper. While the 50-foot swift boats cruised the Vietnamese coast a little closer to the action than the Gridley had come, they were still considered relatively safe. Kerry puts me and others off by . . . .

his very stern appearance and by pontificating instead of conversing. His speeches are always so angry sounding; seldom does he show compassion or humor when he speaks. I want a more "human" president than Kerry. Sign in to see full entry.
