Panting and drooling for Christ

seems to be the avocation of many priests as they molest our children and their parishoners. They betray the trust of those who would admire them for their spiritual leadership and they cheapen all religion. It is a disservice to the entire "Body of Christ" when church leaders do not immediately... Sign in to see full entry.

If we want to be secure here on our home ground . . .

We have got to beef up our aggression against the insurgents in Iraq to bypass their increased attacks recently. If we give in now, we are virtual (and later actual) dead meat. Sign in to see full entry.

We're Really Secure

when the TSA workers don't think about what they are doing. Stories abound about stupid decisions made by those government over-paid morons who could find work nowhere else. Let's stop the window dressing and start getting serious about security. Sign in to see full entry.

TSA seems to be a joke, from what I have read and heard . . .

Apparently there are minimally trained contractor employees who are unable to discern between the truly dangerous and the truly harmless. I still laugh at stories of the DEA agent who, while allowed to keep his gun, had is fingernail clippers taken; or how about the lady whose ear rings were taken... Sign in to see full entry.

Warnings Galore, but nothing specific . . . .

What are we to do? Why, carry on, what else? The Secretary of Homeland Security ( A Department that has got to go!) is working overtime to justify its existence. Sure, we need to be aware and to prevent further acts of terrorism, but why the added department at the cabinet level. It would be cheaper... Sign in to see full entry.

Can we be really secure?

Have we ever been really secure? It is the fright that terrorizes us, even more than the actuall acts of terror. We are becoming a nation of mice, of spineless people who are looking for a shepheard to leed us sheep out of danger. Well, sorry folks. There is no shepherd and we should not be sheep.... How does the discovery af sarin and mustard gas help us feel secure now?

Seems that terrorists definitely have the ability to get their murderous hands on deadly, WMD components. Can we start pprofiling young Arabic-looking people again? I hope we do... Sign in to see full entry.

Insecurity starts at the top . . .

Listening to the "investigations" conducted by Congress is frightening to me. The Democratic Leadership has grabbed what they think to be a boon of a bone to chew on and to feed to us, the gullible public. Wait until November when they find us not to be as gullible as they had hoped. It is our... Sign in to see full entry.

Secure in our travels?

As this Iraq situation goes on, we must take more care in our travels, particularly out of the country, even to Canada. One key aspect of self-security is to be observant. Most of us walk around oblivious to our surroundings, and that could lead to personal disaster. Be aware and be ready to be more... Sign in to see full entry.

Bus and Train Security

AHA! The Security Givers have finally realized that terrorists may be a threat to modes of transportation other than planes. What took them so long? you would think that someone could build a small device that would ride the rails ahead of trains that would contain some of the neat bomb snifting...
