Can any of you provide me with a random number?

If you can, and if you do, please explain what makes it so random. I contend that it is impossible for us to create random numbers. So much for this "random" thought, eh? Sign in to see full entry.

More from my archieves:

Action Jackson: Put your money where your mouth is! Thu, Jan 25, 2001 “You’re not a man if you can make a baby. You are a man if you can raise one.” These are the words of Rev. Jesse Jackson to a group of Atlanta-area High School students in 1979. They are prophetic in that Jackson is now put to the... Sign in to see full entry.

Finished Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

yesterday and, like the previous books, was disappointed that it had to end. I thoroughly enjoy the series and eagerly await the 7th book. Sign in to see full entry.

I won a lawsuit against American Express!

Received payment last month; how exciting is that? Well, not very. It was a class action lawsuit that I didn't even realize I was a part of, and it netted me a grand total of $0.41; that's 41 cents! Whooppeeee! The only people who won that suit were the attorneys, and, ironically, we who purportedly... Sign in to see full entry.

What if?

What if the following things would happen:... We dropped out of the U.N. and gave them a year to leave New York?... We attacked Syria?... We did away with Federal Income Taxes and the IRS?... We all demanded honesty and integrity from our elected officals?... We stopped caring about what happened to... Sign in to see full entry.
