Enjoying the Weather

The weather the last few weeks has just been incredible in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. May and June were some rainy months. July has been quite different with abundant sunshine. Turn Those Lights On

Why is it that when it is raining outside some people insist on not turning on their lights? Car lights are not only to be used during night.
