Winter is a wonderful season. First off, I like snow. A snowy blanket is so beautiful to look at. The City that Murders
For the second year in a row, Baltimore City will reach at least 300 homicides. As I write this entry, the number of homicides stands at 296. Last year, Baltimore had 344 homicides.
