The City that Murders

For the second year in a row, Baltimore City will reach at least 300 homicides. As I write this entry, the number of homicides stands at 296. Last year, Baltimore had 344 homicides. Very rarely do I use Emoticons in my entries and my comments. When writing a blog entry, I liken Emoticons to exclamation points.
