When can we as a people say “Enough!” If we don’t know when to put down our devices, then we are too stupid to own them, perhaps. Yes, any method to make money is fair game for tax makers. Rrrhh!

The city of Louisville decided they wanted to expand. They tripled the size of the city by gobbling up the county they are in, Jefferson Co.
Now my house is in the city and I was notified that I am subject to sewer taxes. There aren't any sewers within 7 miles of my house. I refused to pay.
The City Council changed the wording of the annexation, and created a term "water runoff". I have to pay $14 a month for water that rains down on my property, runs into a Creek called Floyds Fork, that runs into a river called Salt River, and runs into the Ohio River. Only 1200 sq feet of my acreage is in Jefferson County at $14.00 a month.
Now I feel better...
