PAYT
There is talk in some communities in Maryland about adopting a Pay As You Throw Program (PAYT). Under PAYTs, households pay by the bag, trash can or weight to have their garbage picked up. Recycling is free. I would like to see PAYT become common in Maryland. So many people throw away recyclables.... Sign in to see full entry.
