Night Cap
Everyone seems to be moving and thinking slower, as if the cold weather has thickened their normal lubrication, and movement of anykind is down to slow motion. If anyone is doing anything at all, it seems to be something to do with making their personal space warmer. I'm sitting here wearing a warm...

A Winter Without Borders

Warm Place Wanted
I wish they were peeking at me. The reason I wish they were peeking at me is because they are in Joshua Tree National Monument, not only a beautiful and interesting place, but a place where it is still warm. The Lingerer
Sleep comes. It comes suddenly and often now, at the drop of a hat, when least expected... but when it is desired, when it is longed for, it laughs at me and dances away not even allowing the eyes to remain closed.
