Coca Leaves and Kola Nuts

When I was a child, we never were allowed soda pop except for twice a year. At the 4th of July Church Picnic we could pick out one of the many kinds of iced-down bottled pop and at least once each summer my Dad would bring home enough vanilla ice cream for a family of nine and enough strawberry pop...
